Yes. And it's easier than it sounds. We choose the beads and prepare everything. All you do is thread them on, which takes about 10 minutes.

Why this matters to us.

Yes, quite easily. The photo is optional. Just tell us what the eye colour looks like.

‘Green-brown with golden flecks’ already helps us a lot. And before your set goes out, you'll see your beads in a photo and can still change things.

You'll see exactly what you're getting: before your set goes out, we send you a photo of your beads. If you don't like something, just say so. We'll pick new ones, as often as you like.

Because every set is made specially for your eye colours, we can't take it back afterwards. That's set out in our cancellation policy too.

And if something ever isn't right: write to info@m-iris.de and we'll take care of it.

Beautifully. It arrives nicely wrapped, and there's no price in the parcel. So you can have it sent straight to the person you're giving it to.

The email with the preview only ever goes to you. So the surprise stays a surprise.

One tip: keep your order number, in case the bracelet ever needs repairing.

Don't worry, it doesn't have to be perfect. Bright, reasonably sharp and close up is plenty. Your phone will do.

For your own eye: stand in front of a mirror, hold the rear camera close to your eye and film for a few seconds. Then pause the video at the sharpest point, take a screenshot and upload it.

Yes. Even dark brown eyes have light areas, dark rims and fine gradations. That's exactly what we capture. Two different eye colours work just the same.

Glasses or make-up don't get in the way. With coloured contact lenses we'll match the lens colour. Just tell us if we should use your real one.

We look closely at each eye colour: lighter areas, dark rims, fine gradations. From that we choose the matching agate beads.

It's a pure choice of colour, not a medical analysis. Here's how it works at our end.

Your photo stays with us and is only used to choose your beads. Never for advertising. Not even our AI assistant Mary in the chat gets to see it.

We delete it automatically no later than 90 days after delivery. If you'd rather, we'll delete it sooner. Just write to info@m-iris.de. More on this in our privacy policy.

First you'll get an order confirmation.

One to two days later we choose your beads, photograph them and email you the picture. You then tell us briefly whether it's right, or what you'd like different.

If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, we'll take it that everything's right and send your set off. So do have a quick look in your inbox, and in your spam folder too.

No problem. That's exactly what the preview is for. Just use the link in the email to tell us what should be different. We'll then pick new beads, as often as you like.

Then your set goes out after 24 hours. We'll assume everything's right. After that the beads sadly can't be swapped.

To Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland and the Czech Republic. To Switzerland sadly not.

Within Germany shipping is free, to the other seven countries it costs €4.00. DHL delivers within Germany, Hermes abroad.

We deliver to a Packstation within Germany. Enter your Postnummer in the additional address field.

Just as usual when you order: by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay or bank transfer, for example. You'll see what's available to you in the last step.

Your payment runs encrypted through a secure payment service. If you pay by transfer, we'll send your set off as soon as the money has reached us.

Yes, plenty is still possible. We're happy to change the address and name as long as your set isn't on its way. Quickest through our AI assistant Mary in the chat. Only the country can't be switched.

The beads you change easily through the preview. If it's about the letter, your description or the photo, write to info@m-iris.de. We'll see what's possible.

Taking the whole order back sadly isn't possible, because every set is made specially for you.

You can do this with no experience at all. You won't need tools. The little key is included. Allow about 10 minutes.

The guide takes you through step by step, and there's a spare bead of every colour in case one does roll away. You can have a look at it here beforehand.

No, you don't have to measure anything. The 4 cm extender chain lets you set the length yourself, from slender to sturdy wrists.

The base, chain, clasp and wire are stainless steel. It doesn't rust and doesn't tarnish. The beads are agate, a natural stone.

A microfibre cloth is all you need to clean it.

A few splashes do no harm. For showering, bathing, swimming and the sauna it's best to slip it off.

Perfume and cream are no problem. It's best to take it off for sport too, then it can't catch on anything.

We work with stainless steel and agate, a natural stone. Both are very widely used in jewellery.

If you know you're sensitive to metal, write to us beforehand at info@m-iris.de. Then we'll look at it together, in your own time.

As soon as your set is on its way, you'll get the tracking number by email. Do check your spam folder too.

Just fill in the repair form. We'll then email you the address and you send us your bracelet. You pay the postage to us, and we send it back to you. Please enclose a slip with your order number.
